Courtyard by Marriott Fishermans Wharf

The staff is absolutely fabulous, they keep their word, and the location. I had asked for a microwave in our room if it was possible. They informed me it was by availability and they would make a note in my booking. We did get a microwave and it helped us to enjoy all our delicious meals from the city a second time around. The food places are a little hard to find but they taste so good! The hotel was walking distance from several peers that we were scheduled to visit. Took us about 25 minutes resting several times and taking in the scenery to reach Alcatraz at Peer 33. The staff was very knowledgeable about attractions and locations. The breakfast place, I believe it is called Table 580, was not open to the public only for parties, so plan on going elsewhere for breakfast or bringing your own. I do recommend an ice chest, the refrigerator in the room is a little small. The hotel does have a room for fitness if your interested. Also, there is a small market near the desk that has some basic essentials and snacks. The parking garage is right next door and I highly recommend using it. It is a daily rate but the piece of mind of knowing your vehicle is safe is worth it. Just let the staff know you will be using it. Very important to know is that there is a pull in drive type area to park and check in and bring your stuff up to the room before utilizing the garage. Our room was very quiet we did not hear anyone else in the hotel unless they were in the hall talking when we opened the door. The bed is up off the ground I had to climb in, it was super soft and so comfortable. Due to Covid if you want your room cleaned you do need to ask in advance; you may want to bring a couple small garbage bags. We filled the garbage cans quickly between the four of us. We just asked for anything we needed and they gave it to us no questions asked. On the tv they have Netflix; if you have an account you can log in and watch your programs.

Location, location, location! It has easy access to the Pier, the trolley, turnabout, beach at Pier Park and when hungry just stop at In ‘n Out! Also, they held my luggage for a couple of hours until I had t leave for my flight…awesome!

The area was perfect for our trip. Everything we wanted to visit was pretty walkable. The room was clean and we were able to check in a little early. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Joe Rozo was outstanding, he checked us in and was very helpful , and professional . He spent plenty of time with us helping plan and book tours.He was very informative and made great recommendations.We loved Joe !
